Accessing Canvas on home internet - using Eero Router
If you are using an Eero router at home, usually provided by Frontier, you may have issues accessing the Canvas webpage or canvas app. Please click here to see how to resolve this issue.

PCs and ChargerWi-Fi
There is a known issue with PCs running Windows 7, 8, and 10 associated with wireless network issues. Click the button below to run a quick fix. Students can also stop by the Student Technical Support office so we can resolve this issue, or any other issue for you as soon as possible. We are open Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM.
If you are having wireless connectivity issues please go to your wireless networks in settings, and forget the ChargerGuest network entirely. Then connect to ChargerWifi.
