Eero Router - Issue Loading Canvas

The error, and how to resolve it:

How to acces Canvas on your home network with Eero networking equipment 

  1. Open the Eero phone app
  2.  Tap on “Discover”  -> Tap on “eero plus” -> Tap on “Block and Allow Sites”
  3. Tap on “Add Allowed Site”
  4. A modal should pop up for you to input a domain name, enter
  5. Profiles: do not select any profiles, only select “network” to have this apply to the entire network
  6. Turn on toggle that says “Allow for Network”
  7. Select an allow reason to help us improve the product – Inaccurate Block
  8. Tap Done, and it will ask you if you would like to add the additional domains for canvas. Press Yes or Save, and then Done again
  9. Wait 30 seconds, then try to access or the Canvas app
    1. If it still doesn’t work, please wait 5 minutes before trying again
    2. If it does not work after 5 minutes, please contact Eero customer support and ask them to unblock from your network at (877) 659-2347
