Setup Email on Your Mobile Device

**Outlook App is preferred**

iPhone Users:

  1. Download the “Outlook” application from the app store
  2. Open the “Outlook” application
  3. Enter your student email address and password
  4. Verify with DUO
  5. Click “Save”
  6. You’ve added your account

OR

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Click on “Accounts & Passwords”
  3. Click on “Add Account”
  4. Choose “Exchange”
  5. Type in your student email address, description defaults to Exchange (you can change this if you’d like) and click “Next”
  6. Click “Sign in” – on the following page enter your student user name and password
  7. Verify with DUO
  8. Choose to “Save Password”
  9. “Accept” the terms of use
  10. Click “Save”
  11. You’ve added your account

Android/tablet Users:

  1. Download the “Outlook” application from the play store
  2. Open the “Outlook” application
  3. Enter your student email address and password
  4. Verify with DUO
  5. Click “Save”
  6. You’ve added your account

OR

  1. Open the “Email” application
  2. Click “Email Settings”
  3. Click “Add Account”
  4. Enter your student email address and password
  5. Verify with DUO
  6. You’ve added your account

NOTE: The preferred method of adding your University email to your mobile device is the Outlook App.
