Follow these steps if you’re waiting for your student account notification email containing your credentials:
Have you uploaded a copy of your VISA yet (if applicable)?
- If Yes, proceed to the next step.
- If No, please upload your VISA. For assistance, view UIS’s contact information on the left side.
Did you pay your deposit?
- If Yes, proceed to the next step.
- If No, please pay your deposit. If you need help, view the Admissions and Bursar’s contact information on the left side.
Has it been more than 3 business days since you paid your deposit and uploaded your VISA (if applicable)?
- If Yes, check your spam/junk folders. If the email is not there, email student tech support at studenttechsupport@newhaven.edu.
- If No, please wait 3 business days after paying your deposit.
