Your Support on Campus:

Canvas

Canvas is a virtual learning environment and online course management tool.  Incorporating Canvas into the course provides students with multiple avenues of knowledge which further enrich their education and learning.

Campus Card

Campus Card distributes ID cards, both new and replacement, printing funds, and ChargerCash. If you are having issues with eCard, we can assist with that as well.

How Can We Help?

The Student Technical Support Office aids in basic computer repairs, network issues, and issues with email, myCharger, and Banner. Student Technical Support is not able to replace screens of any kind.

WiFi and Ethernet

The University offers high speed internet via wired or wireless connectivity throughout our residential and academic buildings. Learn how to connect all of your devices to the wireless and wired networks here.

What can we help you with?

Office 365

The University's licensing agreement with Microsoft provides all active students with a free copy of Microsoft Office that can be installed on up to 5 devices.

Software

This is where you can find SPSS and a variety of additional software available at a free or discounted rate through the University.

Computer Specifications

Find information about the minimum specifications recommended by the University, what system may be better suited for your major, and access the discounts provided to you for attending.

DUO Mobile

DUO is a 2 factor authentication method required by the university to help secure your account.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning provides University faculty, staff, and students with free access to thousands of top-quality video tutorials on topics ranging from software to soft skills.

Login Trouble

You can set up security questions for password recovery or reset the password the University provided you with. Never worry about forgetting your password again.

Printing on Campus

The University implemented the Print Green Program to reduce unnecessary printing, decrease the consumption of paper, toner, and energy. You can also find the instructions for how to set up wireless printing on you computer.

Phishing on Campus

There have been a lot of phishing emails being sent using both external email addresses as well as University email addresses. Learn how to distinguish between phishing emails and legitimate emails.

Zoom

Zoom is the industry-leading all-in-one solution for video, audio, screen sharing, and messaging. Zoom offers full video conferencing services on your Mac, PC, iOS or Android device, and webinars with up to 100 participants.
