12/12/2023 - Windows 11 Can't Connect to Wi-Fi

A recent Windows update released on 12/12/2023 has caused users to not be able to connect to the wireless networks. This update is known as KB5033375. Please click here to learn how to uninstall this update and be able to connect to ChargerWiFi on your windows computer. 

Accessing Canvas on home internet - using Eero Router

If you are using an Eero router at home, usually provided by Frontier, you may have issues accessing the Canvas webpage or canvas app. Please click here to see how to resolve this issue.

University Email on Mobile device

PCs and ChargerWi-Fi

There is a known issue with PCs running Windows 7, 8, and 10 associated with wireless network issues. Click the button below to run a quick fix. If you are having wireless connectivity issues please go to your wireless networks in settings, and forget the ChargerGuest  network entirely. Then connect to ChargerWifi.
