Known Issues & Fixes

University Email on Mobile device

PCs and ChargerWi-Fi

There is a known issue with PCs running Windows 7, 8, and 10 associated with wireless network issues. Click the button below to run a quick fix. Students can also stop by the Student Technical Support office so we can resolve this issue, or any other issue for you as soon as possible. We are open Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM.

ChargerGuest

If you are having wireless connectivity issues please go to your wireless networks in settings, and forget the ChargerGuest  network entirely. Then connect to ChargerWifi. 

iPhone models SE through 8

On iPhone models ranging from iPhone SE through 8, running iOS 12 and newer there is a bug with the way Apple handles moving between access points.  These problems do not exist on the newer iPhone X series models, or older iPhones running IOS 11.   To temporarily resolve this issue  shut the wifi off and back on. This will immediately make the problem go away until the student moves to a new area again.
